Returns
I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
- Returns must be unworn, in the original packaging, and in the state you received them.
- Some items ship with an attached security tag. Merchandise returned without the original security tag or with a damaged tag may not qualify for a refund.
- Make sure to place the item in its original packaging (e.g., shoebox) and pack it in a shipping box. Attach the return label and cover any old labels.
- For most returns, it takes about 5-10 business days for us to process your return. Refunds may take an additional 2-10 business days depending on your credit card company.
Do you do back orders?
No, we do not process back orders. If an item is out of stock, our Customer Loyalty Team will notify you and ask if you’d like a replacement item. Orders for out-of-stock items will be canceled unless a replacement is requested.
Do you match prices if an item goes on sale after my purchase?
Yes! If the price on our website drops within 10 days of your purchase, we will refund you the difference. Contact our Customer Loyalty Team via chat, phone, or email to process the refund.

I tried to check out and the item in my shopping cart disappeared, what happened?
Unfortunately, placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee it will be available when you check out. Items are live and can be purchased by other customers before you complete your order. If the item is no longer available, you’ll receive a notification and need to remove it from your cart.
Is the item I want going to go on sale soon?
We cannot predict when or if an item will go on sale. Pricing changes are made based on the store’s discretion.
The item I want is out of stock. What do I do now?
