RETURN
After receiving your order, if the product is unused and undamaged, you can return it within 30 days without giving any reason. Please contact us with your e-mail address or order number via any of the communication channels on the Contact Us Page to request a refund. We have different return conditions for each country. Therefore, when requesting a refund, please do not forget to indicate your country of residence.
After we receive your return request, we will provide you with the necessary steps for the return, including how and where to send your return. After we receive your return, we will refund the total amount back to you.
All returns need to be sent to our United Kingdom return center. Please, do not forget to mark it as a return when you are returning the item from outside of the United Kingdom. If you do not mark it as a return, any import taxes will be deducted
from the refund amount.
EXCHANGE
At Vibranium Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to exchange your product, we have a hassle-free exchange policy in place.
If you are not happy with the size or item, you can exchange your item within 30 days of receiving it.
We will provide you with a free Royal Mail shipping label to send the item back to us. We will process your exchange as soon as we receive the item. (This process is valid for UK orders only)
