At Vibranium Shoes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If the product is unused and damaged, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order, without needing to provide a reason. Please note: All returns should be sent to our United Kingdom return center. If you are returning an item from outside of the United Kingdom, ensure that you mark the item as a return. Failure to do so may result in import taxes being deducted from your refund amount.
EXCHANGE POLICY
At Vibranium Shoes, we want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange your product, we offer a simple and hassle-free exchange process.
If you are not happy with the size or item, you can exchange it within 30 days of receiving it.
For UK orders, we will provide you with a free Royal Mail shipping label to return the item. Once we receive the item, we will process your exchange promptly.
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

LOST PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages lost during transit before they reach us. To ensure the safe return of your item, we recommend using a tracked shipping service. Keep your tracking number until we confirm receipt of your return and process your refund.
RETURN COSTS
Unfortunately, we do not provide a free return shipping label, and we do not cover return shipping costs. However, if you wish, we can offer a discount code (up to 20% of the order amount) for your next purchase to help cover the return cost.
REFUND POLICY
Once we receive your return, we will process the full refund within 24 hours. After your return has been processed, you will automatically receive an email confirming that the refund has been initiated. Please note, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Since we use SSL Certificates on our website to ensure secure transactions, we can only issue refunds to the same card or payment account used for the original purchase.
