At Vibranium Shoes, we offer two shipping options to ensure timely delivery of your order:
1. If the order is available in your country’s warehouse:
- Order Processing Time: 1-2 Days (Mon-Sat)
- Delivery Time: 2-5 Days (Mon-Sat)
2. If the order is not available in your country’s warehouse:
- Order Processing Time: 1-2 Days (Mon-Sat)
- Delivery Time: 7-10 Days (Mon-Sat)
Shipping Process:
Once you complete your purchase, we will begin processing your order. If we have your product in stock at a warehouse in your country, your order will be shipped from there.
If the product you ordered is not available in your country’s warehouse, it will be shipped from the nearest warehouse or directly from our primary warehouse in China, where all our products are stocked.
Our warehouses operate Monday through Saturday, and orders will be processed on the next business day, with shipments prepared within 24-48 hours.
- If your product is in stock at a warehouse in your country, delivery will typically occur within 2-5 days after shipment.
- If the product is not available in your country’s warehouse, it will usually take 7-15 days to deliver via express shipping.
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your order via the “Track Your Order” section on our website.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order after receiving the confirmation email, please contact us. If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and provide a full refund. If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel it. However, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt. For more details, please refer to our Return Policy page.
Address Change
If you need to change the delivery address after placing your order, you can request this change until your order has been shipped. Unfortunately, once your order is shipped, we cannot change the address. However, you can contact the shipping company directly to request an address change.
Lost Packages
To minimize the risk of lost packages, we send all orders with tracking numbers and require a signature upon delivery. If your package is lost by the shipping company, we will refund the full amount you paid for the order. However, if the tracking number shows that your package has been delivered to the correct address, we cannot process a refund for lost items.

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated delivery times mentioned above, delays may occasionally occur depending on the shipping company’s performance. Please be aware that delivery times are estimates, and actual delivery may vary.
